Water Safety

Welton Waters attracts large groups of children and young adults to the lake, using it for swimming and cooling off in the summer months.
Officers have already attended and spoken to the owners and they have their own measures in place and happy for us to have our police drop ins to deter swimming when unsupervised/using the facilities provided by Welton Waters

In the coming months the neighbourhood policing team will be looking to address ASB across the Dale and Hunsley Ward. There will be a focus on general ASB, particularly on the Burrs Field, Brough and local parks, paying attention to the misuse of e-bikes and underage drinking.
