The Neighbourhood Inspector has overall responsibility for the entire neighbourhood policing team of Sergeants, Police Constables, PCSOs and police staff.
They are responsible for delivering on neighbourhood policing strategies, directing the deployment of the team and developing relationships with partners and key stakeholders to enable the neighbourhood policing team to work effectively.
Humber talking has been conducted around the area of Kirton In Lindsey and it has been highlighted that a certain property is dealing cannabis and potentially growing cannabis in one of the bedrooms.
Objectives – To Reduce the risk to the public, protect the vulnerable and target those causing harm to the community.

Actions – To continue conducting Humber talking to further develop intelligence. To look at applying and executing a warrant and taking positive pro-active action against occupant and those attending the address.

Regular issue with off road motorbikes being rode around causing issues within the area

*Intelligence gathering has been conducted around where the bikes are being used & stored
* More intelligence coming around the times and days that they are out & about
* High Viz Patrols to be conducted within the area
* Look at taking Positive Action against those using these type of bikes
* Section 59s to be issued or Traffic Legislation Offences
* Rural Tasking team have also been made aware and are going to be monitoring the area
