Officers are appealing for information following a fatal road traffic collision on Dansom Lane South in Hull yesterday morning (Friday, 8 May 2026).
You may have heard of ‘hotspot’ policing which involves targeting activities in our community where concerns have been raised by residents about crime in their area.
Op Yellowfin- Anti-social behaviour (ASB) and criminal incidents are occurring as a result of nuisance motorbikes within the ward.

Reports indicate instances of nuisance motorbikes across the entire ward over the past two months, with no specific hot spot identified.
Regular visits to offer reassurance to the public, review CCTV footage, and actively work towards identifying potential offenders. These visits also include routine patrol walks in collaboration with Hull City Council staff to address general concerns in the area.
