My name is Jason and I am a PCSO (Police Community Support Officer) in North East Lincolnshire.
I have always been sociable so being a PCSO suits me down to the ground.
Speaking to various people from all walks of life on a day-to-day basis is really rewarding, especially when you leave them with a positive impression of PCSOs, our team and the force as a whole.
Working for Humberside Police gives me a great sense of pride in the work I do, both within the organisation and out in the community.
