This is a service operated by City Healthcare Partnership where you will be offered a face-to-face assessment to work through what support you may need and which organisation is best placed to offer this.
East Riding: In East Riding of Yorkshire you can contact the East Riding Emotional Wellbeing Service. Clients can be referred through their GP which means GPs may be able to offer additional advice and support. Referrals can also be received through a health visitor or other health and social care professionals via the Rapid Response Service. Let's Talk - Stress Control
Let’s talk Stress Control is a psycho-education course, based upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which teaches about stress and strategies for coping with it.
The course mainly focuses upon anxiety and depression, and looks at how such problems can develop into something that significantly affects a person’s quality of life. Each session will also emphasise and outline interventions for dealing with stress; offering insight and tools for people to help themselves.

CGL ReNew
CGL ReNew is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults (including offenders), families, carers and affected others in Hull.
Their Early Intervention service works with people before drug and alcohol becomes a problem so that it helps to reduce harm and improve health.
Their Structured Treatment service can help you to drug or alcohol free, which includes medical interventions if appropriate.
CGL ReNew’s dedicated Independent Family Service can help anyone affected by a loved one's drug or alcohol use.

Safer Women & Girls
Together Women
Working with vulnerable women and girls who live in Hull and the East Riding. We work with women and girls who are vulnerable and often have a variety of complex needs. The purpose of this project is to ensure that women and girls in Hull, have the chance to stay safe by being able to provide short term emergency accommodation for those women who cannot access hostels, being able to offer a bond for a tenancy to secure longer term accommodation and keep the women from rough sleeping/hostels and by being able to provide an inexpensive mobile phone for women and girls at risk of domestic violence who are not accessing services and support from the Hull Domestic Abuse Partnership to be able to ring for help if needed.
