HULL
Officers are appealing for information following reports of a road traffic collision involving an e-scooter and a car on Dorchester Road, Hull at around 3pm on Thursday, 4 June.
It is reported a black Peugeot, and an e-scooter collided, officers were immediately deployed and conducted extensive enquiries to ascertain the full circumstances around the collision including reviewing CCTV and dashcam footage from the area.
As a result of these enquiries, we believe the rider of the e-scooter left the scene and may be injured as a result of the collision. We are concerned for the welfare of this man and are appealing to anyone who may know the man to come forward.
It is believed the man was wearing a grey and black North Face coat, grey tracksuit bottoms, a black hat and glasses. He is estimated to be around 6ft tall, between 40 and 50 years-old and has a ginger beard.
