Grimsby: CCTV images released – can you help us ID these two people?

We would like to speak the two people shown in these CCTV images in connection with the theft of a purse and subsequent use of the bank cards.

A woman was shopping in Aldi on Washdyke Lane in Immingham on 29 September.  Her handbag was in the trolley containing her purse.  The purse was stolen from the bag and the bank cards used to make further purchases.

Broughton: Appeal for information

We are appealing for information after a digger was used to steal a cash machine from Broughton near Brigg.

The incident happened at the Co-op supermarket on the High Street around 3.15am on 13 October 2017. 

The vehicle, which was stolen from North Lincolnshire, knocked down a large part of the store wall to steal the ATM.

Hull: Can you help?

We’re appealing for information following a burglary at a property on Glasgow Street, Hull sometime between 10pm on 12 October and 4am on 13 October.

We’re especially keen to track a distinctive yellow Volkswagen Golf convertible, with a soft black roof, which was stolen in the burglary. The vehicle registration is JR02 85Y. 

A laptop and a gents wristwatch were also stolen.

Scunthorpe: Charges following attempted robbery at shop

A man has been charged in connection with an attempted robbery at a shop on Rowland Road in Scunthorpe. 

William Dodds, 47, from Lilac Avenue in Scunthorpe has been charged with attempted robbery and possession of an imitation firearm.

He appeared at Grimsby Magistrates Court and has been remanded into custody.

Hull: Appeal for witnesses

We're appealing for help to identify a man suspected of causing criminal damage to the Hull Cars taxi office in Anlaby Road, Hull shortly after 7pm on 6 July.

The man was captured on CCTV, where he was seen to walk past the front of the office then return seconds later with two large pieces of metal, which he then throws through the office window.

Hull: Man believed to have had links with Hull

Police Scotland are appealing for the public's help as part of their efforts to trace the family of a man who died in Midlothian. 

The body was found in a wooded area on the Bush Estate in Roslin on 9th December 2016.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Hull: Man wanted in connection with petrol theft

We want to trace a man in connection with the theft of petrol from Hull.

The man drove a green Renault Clio onto the forecourt at the Esso garage on Boothferry Road around 6.40pm on 25 September 2017.

He then allegedly filled the car with £43.24 worth of petrol and drove off without paying.

Thorngumbald: Witness appeal and crime prevention advice.

We are investigating a burglary at a house on St Martin’s Road in Thorngumbald.  The 70 year-old owner of the house opened the door to two men who claimed that the roof needed repairing.  The owner let the men into house to discuss the work involved.

Once the pair had left the house the owner realised that a large amount of cash had been stolen.

Isle of Axholme: One man appears in court and three others summonsed to appear in November

Following the burglary at a convenience store on Station Road in Epworth four men have been charged with burglary and other offences.

Adrian Beach (31) of Peacock Street, Scunthorpe has been charged with burglary and resisting arrest and appeared at court today.
