In 2025, how many Fixed Penalties or Prosecutions were issued by your force for: 

*         Cycling on a footpath or causeway by the side of any road made or set apart for the use or accommodation of foot passengers

*         Cycling with no obligatory lamps fitted

*         Cycling with lamps/reflectors not maintained or clean

*         Cycling without appropriate lights between sunset and sunrise

*         Cycling while carrying more than one person

*         Cyclist failing to stop for a Police Officer or PCSO

*         Cyclist contravening a traffic sign or road marking

*         Cyclist contravening a traffic sign, signal or line

*         Cycling without legal brakes

*         Cycling while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Humberside Police can confirm we do hold the information you requested.

A search for Traffic Offence Report (TORs) with “cycle” in the summary of the occurrence to cover pedal cycle and bicycle. Then a manual filter was conducted to find the relative requested offences. TORs have been replaced by Fixed Penalty Notices for vehicle related offences. These occurrences from the results are from 2025. A search was also completed for arrestable offences for other offences relevant to pedal cycle and bicycle offences, however this recorded 0 results.
