What's Happening In Your Area?

Details

Anti social behaviour on Arthur Street park

Reports of low level anti social behavior within the park has been reported involving local youths. Hedging and shrubbery has been removed to make it more visible and deter these behaviors. Targeted patrolling of the area is taking place to identify those involved and reassure park users. We have noticed a reduction in calls for service in this area.

Scholars Gate; burglaries and vehicle crime

An increase in reported crime on a relatively new housing development.  A join agency meeting was held with the residents to identify concerns.  Work to be completed by the local authority adopting the roads.  Targeted patrolling continues to be carried out to reassure residents and deter offending.

Environmental problems in the Shires area

A large scale issue of fly tipping has been identified in and around the Shires off Hessle Road, Hull. Hull City Council will take the lead on this issue supported by the Neighbourhood Police Team and will complete regular patch walks of the area.
