Details

Targeted patrolling times identified. Revisits continue to be conducted to victims of burglary as well as properties in the immediate vicinity offering crime reduction advice and target hardening. The NPT have been completeing joint patrols of local areas identifying potential at risk properties.

Park Safety Peter Pan Park

A general mix of low level arson, assaults and criminal damage along with general anti social behaviour since the renovation of the park. High visibility patrols of the park are conducted at key times and will increase with the warmer weather. The Neighbourhood Policing Team are partnering with the Friends Of Peter Pan Park to offer a Youth Club during the summer holiday period.

Parking on grass verges

Joint patrolling with civil enforcement officers and Neighbour Nuisance Team from the council to identify vehicles involved.  The local authority are the lead agency for prosecutions. Parking alleviation measures have been implemented by the local authority following consultation with the local policing team. The implementation of the new measures is being monitored and seems to be improving the situation.
