Our policing area includes both urban and rural communities and it is vital that we understand and respond to rural crime and ASB in a way that maintains the confidence in our communities in our ability to protect them.
Rural Crime is part of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s strategic plan, and as a Force we have a dedicated Rural Task Force who focus on several rural and wildlife crime priorities which are in line with the National Rural Crime Working Strategy 2022-2025.
