Deputy Chief Constable David Marshall

As Deputy Chief Constable, Dave Marshall is responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Chief Constable’s vision and strategy as well as operational running of the force. He is the strategic lead for force delivery and performance, command and leadership.  

DCC Marshall has corporate responsibility for HMICFRS, Professional Standards, Standards and Culture, Corporate Development and organisational performance. He line manages the Assistant Chief Officers who oversee the operational delivery for all areas of the force including Local Policing, Specialist Crime, Specialist Operations and Corporate Services.

DCC Marshall is an accredited Strategic Firearms Commander, Gold Public Order and Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Materials (CBRN) Commander.
