The NPCC (National Police Chief’s Council) Police Operational Advice & Security Industry Requirements for Response to Security Systems Document has been adopted by Humberside Police.
All alarm receiving centre alarm messages must be transmitted to our Control Centre's via dedicated telephone lines. Telephone numbers will be disclosed on receipt of a signed policy agreement (Appendix B).
All applications for URN’s etc. must be presented using Appendix F and Appendix G, fully completed as required and forwarded to the below email address.
Before submitting your completed forms please use our online payment service to generate a unique reference number. This reference number should be included in your email in order for your application to be processed.
