At 4pm on 8 December on West End in South Cave a 94 year-old man opened his door to a man saying he was from the Gas Board. The intruder then pushed passed the elderly man and went into the house, looking into all the rooms. Although nothing is believed to have been stolen it has shaken the victim.
We are appealing for help to locate the bogus caller who left the area in a white Vauxhall Corsa.
