Hull: The man has come down from the roof and has been arrested

We have arrested a 19 year-old Hull man following an incident at the junction of Norfolk Street and Beverley Road in Hull.

The man took to the roof of a building shortly before 3pm yesterday.  It was necessary to close a section of Beverley Road for the safety of the public, the man and the emergency services dealing with the situation.

Grimsby: Three men wanted

We want to trace three men in connection with an alleged assault and robbery in Grimsby. 

A 40-year-old woman was walking along Oxford Street on 16 October 2017 around 11.00am when she was confronted by three men.

One of them allegedly hit her in the face and pushed her into a bush. Her mobile phone and an amount of money were stolen. She sustained minor injuries to her nose.

Goole: Appeal for witnesses

We are appealing for witnesses to an alleged assault in Goole town centre on 30 September 2017.

The incident occurred at 1.15am on Aire Street near to the Capricorn nightclub. 

A 34 year old man from Goole sustained head injuries and was knocked unconscious. He also sustained a black eye and minor injuries to his arm.

Hull: Road closures remain in place and the public are advised to avoid the area

Road closures remain in place on Beverley Road, Hull between Fountain Road and Freetown Way due to an ongoing incident where a man has taken to the roof of a property.

Hull: For public safety the road remains closed

Update at 9.45pm on Tuesday 17 October: 

Beverley Road currently remains closed between Freetown Way and Fountain Road after a man has taken to the roof of a property.

Officers are on the scene and working hard to bring the incident to a safe resolution, however it is believed that the road closures may remain in place for some time.

11-year-old Leah Taylor and 12-year-old Leah Smith have been found safe and well in Hull city centre this afternoon (17 October 2017)

Hull: Man taken to roof of property

We are in attendance at a property on Norfolk Street, Beverley Road, Hull, where a man has taken to the roof.

We were called at shortly before 3pm today (Tuesday 17 October) and we are currently working with the man in an effort to bring him down safely.

A cordon is in place to protect the safety of the public, the man and emergency services.

Grimsby: CCTV images released – can you help us ID these two people?

We would like to speak the two people shown in these CCTV images in connection with the theft of a purse and subsequent use of the bank cards.

A woman was shopping in Aldi on Washdyke Lane in Immingham on 29 September.  Her handbag was in the trolley containing her purse.  The purse was stolen from the bag and the bank cards used to make further purchases.

Broughton: Appeal for information

We are appealing for information after a digger was used to steal a cash machine from Broughton near Brigg.

The incident happened at the Co-op supermarket on the High Street around 3.15am on 13 October 2017. 

The vehicle, which was stolen from North Lincolnshire, knocked down a large part of the store wall to steal the ATM.
