Hull: appeal for witnesses and for information to help us find offenders

A 25 year-old Hull man was seriously assaulted in Queen Gardens in Hull at around 1am on Sunday morning.  He was found with head injuries and had been unconscious for two hours when we were called by members of the public that had found him.  He was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary for treatment and is now recovering at home.

Hull: Appeal for witnesses following crash on Boothferry Road

We were called at 2.50am today to a collision where a Vauxhall Astra had collided with another vehicle and then a tree on Boothferry Road in Hull.

A man was thrown from the car in the collision and has sustained serious, but not life-threatening, injuries.  Others are believed to have left the scene and may be injured.

Public urged to remain calm but alert

The incident which occurred on the Parsons Green Underground Station on the morning of Friday 15th September has been declared a terrorist incident.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing and the public are being urged to remain calm but alert. The UK threat level has now been raised to critical, meaning an attack may be imminent.

Driffield: Man sentenced at court for multiple offences

33-year-old Sean-Lee Malee of Eastgate North in Driffield appeared at Hull Magistrates Court yesterday morning after being charged with drugs offences and handling stolen goods, relating to offences in Driffield.  

He pleaded guilty and was given a two year suspended sentence.

Hull: Appeal for witnesses following an assault and attempted robbery of a man in Hull.

The victim was walking along The Boulevard around 7.45pm on 11 September 2017 when he was approached by a man.

The man produced a knife and demanded the victim's phone and money. The victim refused and was assaulted by the man.

The victim was left with minor bruises and grazes. Nothing was taken from him.

Hull: Anyone able to assist in identifying the victim or outstanding offender should call us on 101

We are trying to locate the victim involved in a public order incident on Salthouse Road, Hull at around 2.30pm on Sunday 10 September.

In the incident a blue Daihatsu 4x4 pulled over to the side of the road and two men left the vehicle – one allegedly carrying a machete – and allegedly chased after a third man towards the Royal Charter Public House.
