Bridlington: Do you know where these items are?

Two specialised bikes, one ladies Vita and a gents Roubaix (as shown in the pictures), were forcibly removed from a bike rack at around 2pm on Wednesday September 9 outside the Holy Trinity Church on the Promenade, Bridlington.

Josh Pougher remains at large

Josh William Pougher (24) is still wanted by police after absconding from Hull Crown Court earlier today.

Police continue to search for Mr Pougher who is unlawfully at large after escaping shortly before 2.35pm today (Thursday 10 September) while being brought into the court room.

Police are urgently trying to trace 24-year-old Josh William Pougher who has absconded from Hull Crown Court today (Thursday September 10).

The force was called at 2.35pm reporting that he had escaped from lawful custody while he was being brought into the court room.

Scunthorpe: Did you see the suspect?

Officers are trying to identify a man who is said to have accosted a 16-year-old girl as she walked along a Scunthorpe footpath.

The incident happened at around 2pm on the Kingsway footpath between Brumby Wood Lane and North Lindsey College, on Wednesday, September 9.

The unknown man fled towards Brumby Wood Lane after the girl pushed him away.

Goole: Police have executed five recent warrants in the town

Police in Goole have executed a Misuse of Drugs Act (MDA) warrant at a property on Eastgate, Goole yesterday morning (Wednesday August 9) after community information linked the address to drug activity.

Officers seized various items of property from the address which are believed to be linked to criminality.

Elderly conned out of up to £350

If you are contacted by callers claiming you are entitled to a council tax rebate beware – it’s likely to be a scam.

Action Fraud – which is supported by Humberside Police – has received a number of reports of callers claiming residents have been placed in the wrong council tax bracket and are entitled to a rebate of around £7,000.

Humberside Police are issuing a warning to shoppers, especially lone women, following a number of incidents where their bank cards have been stolen and used to commit fraud.

Four incidents have been reported to Humberside Police from across the East Riding in recent weeks.

On 15 August at 11am, in Lidl, Willerby, a woman had her bank card stolen after she’d used it at the till.  The card was later used fraudulently.

Beverley: Appeal for witnesses to collision on Swinemoor Lane

At 9.30am today, (Wednesday September 9), a cyclist was in collision with a white pick-up truck on Swinemoor Lane near to the Aldi Store in Beverley.

Both the cyclist and truck were travelling from the Grovehill Road junction towards the Hull Bridge Road junction.

Officers to run 13.1 miles in riot gear for CLIC Sargent

Two dedicated police constables will be completing a gruelling 13.1 mile run in full riot gear to raise money for children with cancer.

Pc Rob James and Pc Jim Saunders, who are both roads policing officers, are taking part in the Great North Run on Sunday, September 13.

Pocklington: Can you help identify the man featured on the attached CCTV?

Humberside Police are releasing moving CCTV of a man they would like to speak to following after a large number of car tyres were damaged in Pocklington last week.

Police have now received 140 reports of vehicles having had tyres intentionally punctured across the town. The offences all overnight Wednesday 2 to Thursday 3 September and again Thursday 3 to Friday 4 September.

Grimsby: Did you see assault in Victoria Street?

One man was knocked unconscious and another suffered a cut, swelling and bruising to his eye after they were assaulted in Grimsby town centre.

The incident is said to have happened near House of Fraser, Victoria Street, between 12.30am and 1am on Saturday, September 5.
