We’re looking for two men in connection with a robbery and attempted robbery in Cottingham on 1 February 2018.

The robbery happened on Caukeel Lane which runs between Hallgate and Station Road around 4.45pm.

Hull: Appeal to locate witnesses and two good-Samaritans

We are appealing for witnesses to an alleged assault outside the New Empress Pub on Hessle Road in Hull on Saturday 24 February at around 7.45pm.

A woman suffered minor injuries in the incident where a man had allegedly assaulted her.

Bridlington: Follow our advice to protect yourself and your loved ones

Scammers claiming to be from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) are targeting people in Bridlington – attempting to trick them into paying bogus debts and taxes.

Yesterday we received two reports of the bogus phone calls from worried residents, who got in touch following our warning of similar calls being made to people in the North Lincolnshire last month.

Howden: Brothers or twins sought

A driver has allegedly been assaulted following a road traffic collision in East Yorkshire.

The man had overtaken a red Seat Ibiza on the A63 near The Loftsome Bridge Coaching House when the Seat drove up behind him and allegedly collided with the back of his car.

The Seat drove off but parked further down the road where its two male occupants flagged the victim down.

They won the trip as a prize after raising awareness of organ donation

Two teenage boys have visited South Africa after winning the trip of a lifetime for their campaign to raise awareness of organ donation as part of Humberside Police’s Lifestyle initiative.

Lifestyle is a Humberside Police youth engagement project which encourages young people to work in teams to complete projects that help benefit their community.

Grimsby: Did you see what happened to the cars?

Can you help us find the person responsible for suspected arson attacks on four cars and some recycling bins in Grimsby’s East Marsh in the early hours of this morning?

Between 12.55am and 1.30am, three cars parked on Bedford Street and a further car on Victor Street were set alight, along with recycling bins in nearby Garibaldi Street.

Scunthorpe: Police operation nets illegal fisherman

Andrew Wilson of Ashworth Close, Burton-upon-Stather, Scunthorpe was found guilty in his absence on 2 February in relation to fishing without a licence (contrary to section 27(1) (a) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975) at Ashby Ville Lake, Scunthorpe on 23 June 2017.  He was fined £330, £127 costs and £33 victim surcharge.

Cottingham: Thank you for your help

John Finnie, 52, who went missing from Castle Hill hospital in Cottingham early this morning has turned up safe and well.

Hospital staff have confirmed to us that Mr Finnie returned to the hospital this afternoon.

Holme-on-Spalding-Moor: Can you help?

Jewellery, cash and a distinctive looking air rifle have been stolen from a property in Holme-on-Spalding-Moor.

The burglary took place at a house on Hawthorn Drive sometime throughout the day on 11 February 2018 while the occupants were out.

Grimsby: Car stolen in burglary recovered by police

At 5.40am yesterday an elderly couple on Farebrother Street in Grimsby reported that their home had been broken into overnight and their White Kia Sportage had been stolen.
