Hull: E-fit of suspect released

We want to trace a man in connection with an alleged indecent exposure in Hull on 7 December 2017.

A female cyclist was travelling along a cycle path near the Punch Bowl pub on James Reckitt Avenue around 9.30am when the man allegedly exposed himself to her. 

An E-fit has been released of the suspect.

Grimsby: Investigation underway

We are currently investigating three incidents of suspected arson in the East Marsh area of Grimsby which happened between 9.30pm and 10.00pm on Tuesday 12 December.

It is believed that the fires were deliberately started when items of refuse were set alight close to properties in Victor Street, Stanage Walk and Tom Hammond Way.

Hull: We are offering advice after a recent incident

We’re offering advice and appealing for information after a group of suspected fraudulent builders took money from an elderly man in Hull. 

The men called at the address on Grove Street, Hull at 9:30am on Thursday 23 November, fraudulently claiming to be workmen sent by the man’s son.

Hull: A 15 year-old Hull boy has been arrested on suspicion of the theft of Royal Mail post sacks

A 15 year-old Hull boy was arrested yesterday in connection with our investigations into the theft of two sacks of post from Royal Mail delivery vans.

We are appealing for anyone that has information that would help our enquiries and to recover the stolen mail, please call us on 101 quoting reference 16/68486/17.

Hull: Be aware not alarmed – keep property out of sight and secure to avoid being a victim of street robbery

We have had a number of street robberies reported between 7 and 9 December on Newland Avenue and Cottingham Road in Hull.  The reports vary but most say that two men, one wearing a red striped jacket and red helmet on a moped, mounted the pavement and trying to snatch people’s mobile phones from their hands and has stolen bicycles.

Hull: We will be visiting the Bransholme Garths this Wednesday

Crime prevention activity will take place on Wednesday in the Leadhills Way and Whisperwood Way area of Bransholme, Hull as part of a year-long initiative working with residents to make homes safer after the Garths area was identified as a long-term burglary hotspot.

Can you help us recover stolen property and find those responsible for a burglary on Bargate in Grimsby?

A house on Bargate was broken into between 12noon and 3pm on 6 December.  The intruders stole a Nintendo Switch, a Samsung tablet, a HP laptop, a stainless steel TAG watch, a Burberry handbag, Armani watch and items of jewellery.

Immingham: Witnesses sought

We're appealing for witnesses to contact us following a suspected arson in Immingham.

The incident occurred at the Immingham Resource Centre on Margaret Street around 10.00pm on 7 December 2017. 

Fire crews were quickly on sight and the fire was quickly put out. The building sustained substantial structural damage. 

No one was hurt in the incident.

Hull: Two men charged with Hugh Rice burglary now charged in connection with armed robbery at Lloyds Bank

Two men who were charged and remanded to prison in connection with a burglary at Hugh Rice Jewellers in Beverley last month appeared at Hull Crown Court on Friday 8 Dec on further charges.

Immingham: Appeal for witnesses

We are appealing for witnesses following the attempted theft from an ATM by three men in Immingham.

The incident occurred at the Blue Stone service station on Stallingborough Road around 3.30am on 7 December 2017.

The men had pulled part of the cash machine's casing off before trying to set fire to it.
