The woman in these pictures was taken ill at Waitrose in Willerby on Friday 29 December and was taken for treatment to Hull Royal Infirmary at around 1.30pm

She left HRI of her own accord at around 10pm that night without receiving complete treatment.  We and medical staff at Hull Royal Infirmary are concerned for her wellbeing and we want to find her to ensure she is safe and well.

The woman provided details at HRI which cannot be verified and as such we need your help in tracing her.

She is described as white, aged in her 40s, of slim build, 5’ 3” tall with long blonde hair tied in a pony-tail. At the time she was wearing black leggings with holes in the knee, a long red jumper, black block heel ankle boots and a black coat.

If this is you or you know who she is please get in touch with us so that we can make sure she is safe and well.  Call us on the non-emergency number 101 quoting log 506 29/12/17.
