EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE
A man is currently in our custody after reports of two men trying door handles in Hessle this morning (Thursday 16 May).
We received reports at around 2.10am that two men were trying car door handles on First Lane. It is believed that a car window was also smashed.
A 34-year-old man was swiftly arrested on suspicion of attempt theft from a motor vehicle and criminal damage.
He remains in our custody whilst our enquiries continue.
