HULL
A second 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with violent disorder, three counts of burglary, and criminal damage, following a demonstration that took place on Saturday 3 August in Hull City Centre.
He was remanded into custody to appear at Hull Magistrates Court at a later date.
