Cleethorpes: Appeal for witnesses after man left with serious head injuries

Were you out in Cleethorpes High Street in the early hours of this morning?
We’re looking to trace witnesses to an assault which left a man with a serious head injury.
The incident happened at around 3.15am today (Sunday, February 26), in the area of Bobbins.
The offender is said to be a man and is believed to have left the scene a short time after the assault in a taxi, which he picked up from the rank close to Pepi’s Pizza and Kebab House.
The victim was initially taken to the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital and later transferred to Hull Royal Infirmary, where he is undergoing treatment.
