Cyclist in collision with car

Grimsby: Appeal for witnesses following collision where car failed to stop.

Officers investigating a collision between a cyclist and a car are appealing for witnesses to the incident which occurred at the junction of Winchester Avenue and Laceby Road, in the direction of Bradley crossroads on July 4 at 12.30pm.

The car, which did not stop following the incident was a black, new style, Ford Focus. Police are wishing to speak with the driver of the Ford Focus and are appealing for them to come forward to assist with their enquiries.

The cyclist was not injured in the incident.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or the driver of the vehicle should phone Humberside Police on the non-emergency number 101 asking for PC Russell 2598.
