Two teenage boys were arrested and a stolen scooter has been recovered following an incident in the early hours of Sunday 14 April in Hull.

We received reports around 1.45am that a Honda scooter was being riding dangerously near to a crowd of people on Princes Dock Street by two boys.

The boys were later seen riding into the Great Thornton Street estate. The bike was found by officers at a property on Whitebeam Close and the teenagers were arrested.

One of them, a 15-year-old, was arrested on suspicion of a number of offences including dangerous driving, burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, criminal damage, robbery, and breach of a court order.

He’s been bailed to appear at a police station next month.
