We’re appealing for help in identifying the person responsible for knocking a vulnerable man off his bike and stealing his bag.

The incident happened in Orchard Park Road, Hull, at around 8pm on Friday, April 28, when the 44-year-old disabled victim was attacked as he rode his purple Raleigh bike.

A boy in his teens is said to have forced him into a wall, at which point he fell off his bike and it was taken – only to be recovered a short time later.

However, a blue Adidas bag with orange writing, containing £10 was missing.

The suspect is described as white, around 15-years-old, 5ft 5in tall, with short blond hair and proportionate build.
