Anti-social behaviour in North Hull

Hull: We are actively seeking those thought to be responsible

26 Oct 2017

We are stepping up patrols following a number of incidents of disorder and anti-social behaviour reported overnight in and around the Homethorpe area of Hull.

Chief Inspector Paul Butler said: “We are actively seeking those thought to be responsible to keep the public safe and allow them to go about their daily business.

“We appreciate how frustrating this is for our communities which is why our officers are out and about  offering reassurance and sending out a clear message that we will take action against anyone causing disorder in the area.  We will be using all available measures and working with our partners to prevent those likely to cause a nuisance or commit any kind of anti- social behaviour, and we will not hesitate to arrest anyone involved in any kind of criminality.”

Anyone with any information about the incidents, or those involved, is asked to call 101 quoting log 490 of 25/10/17 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
