As a resident of Prestongate Hessle, I am very concerned about the number of motor vehicles driving along this pedestrianised road in order to park illegally or to use as a short cut to the weir or Ferriby Road and despite the installation of an ANPR camera there has been no reduction in this I would therefore now ask
- is this ANPR camera actually operational?
- if it is operational, how many prosecutions have been made due to evidence from it since its installation

Following liaison with the Central Ticket Office, the following information can be disclosed:This ANPR camera is operated by Hessle Town Council rather than Humberside Police or Safer Roads Humber, so we are unable to answer this request. We would advise that you redirect your request to Hessle Town Council.
