Transferee Opportunities

Join Humberside Police

16 Feb 2021

It’s a big decision, choosing to move your family for the job you love.

So you’ll need to ask yourself a few important questions:

  • Do you want to be part of a family force that values your opinion, gives you the ability to specialise and has good promotion opportunities?
  • Do you want to bring your family up in a low crime area, surrounded by good schools?
  • Are you someone who loves a good independent café and bar scene, access to free museums and a vibrant nightlife?
  • Can you see yourself exploring the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds or the sandy beach at Cleethorpes Pier?

If your answer is yes to all of these, then you need to think about joining Humberside Police.

Transfer of College of Policing Assessment Pass Mark

If you have passed either SEARCH, Day One or the College of Policing Online Assessment in the last 2 years and want to be part of the Humberside Community, we are pleased to announce that we are accepting the transfer of your pass mark.  There are various Student Police Officer routes that you may be eligible to join; IPLDP or the new Policing entry routes, which are the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) and the Degree Holder Entry Programme (DHEP).

Please note that you must have passed one of the three assessments in bold above and must have the documentation to support this to be eligible to transfer your pass mark to Humberside Police.

We welcome everyone, regardless of your age, gender, disability, ethnicity, level of ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, faith, relationship or parental status, so if you feel Humberside is the force for you, please provide your documentation to confirm that you hold the relevant pass mark of the assessment to the below email address.  The Recruitment team will be in touch to discuss eligibility and the next steps in the process.
