Use this service to get advice or contact us about a speeding ticket you've been given (a Notice of Intended Prosecution).
I'd like to find out what to do to accept the fine and points
You need to complete the appropriate sections of the notice and return it to the address shown on the form within 28 days.
Then you will normally be sent a conditional offer of a £100 fine and have three points added to your licence.
But you might be eligible for a driver retraining course instead.
If you don't respond to the notice your case will be referred to court.
Do not send any payment or your driving licence to the police.
