Vehicle Crime Alert!
Overnight 2nd to 3rd May 2012, two vans were entered overnight in Stamford Bridge (Huntsman's Lane and Low Catton Road). Power Tools and a wallet were stolen. In addition, a shed burglary occurred over the same period on Church Road, Stamford Bridge where power tools were again stolen.
Two suspicious males wearing hoodies were seen on Hudson Way, Stamford Bridge around 1930 on the evening of 2/5/12. Whilst they cannot be connected with the offences, it is interesting that they attracted attention in the area prior to the thefts.

This once again highlights the need to ensure that valuables and power tools are not left in vehicles overnight.
