Following community concerns around the nuisance use of off-road and E-bikes in residential areas, PC Alistair Collier from Oldham district’s Neighbourhood Policing Team 3 (NPT) was out on proactive patrols in the Moorside and Sholver areas of Oldham when he sighted a male riding an E-bike in an anti-social manner.
