Remember during the summer, if you change teams you need to let the Lifestyle Team know by completing the team changes form under 'Lifestyler Info' section on the website, or by completing the team changes form found in your Adult Advisers pack.  Otherwise you may not be awarded any prizes or certificates once you have completed your project.
