This is an excellent result and sends out a positive message to the public that growing cannabis is a serious offence and taken seriously by the courts.
The intelligence in relation to this address was very much neighbourhood lead, both by the local community giving the information to the police and gathered by the local Community Support Officer that works in the area. This is a very positive piece of joint work and would ask the community to continue to contact the police with information they have or to use the Crimestoppers service to do so anonymously.”
