RESPECT SEMINARS
The restorative justice program is proving to be very sucessful. It is an Educational Course where the Police, Youth Offending Service and the Courts work closely together. It is a process which is considered a good alternative to sending first time Offenders to Court. This has been very successful, with a very low number of people who have been referred to this process reoffending after attending and completing the process.

ROAD TRAFFIC OFFENDERS
A number of unisured motor vehicles have been siezed by Police after being used on roads without insurance. Police have the Power to sieze motor vehicles where there is no Policy of Insurance in force for the use of the vehicle. Recovery Charges can be incurred and motorists can also expect heavy fines and penalty points be imposed upon thier Driving licences.

East Common Lane Parking Issues
Local residents have expressed there concerns regarding vehicles that continue to park on the footpaths of East Common Lane. The Neighbourhood Policing Team have conducted leaflet drops to all residents on East Common Lane informing them that positive action will be taken towards any vehicles that continue to park on footpaths.
Rowland Road – ASB and youths causing annoyance.
The Youths Causing Annoyance on Rowland Road is mostly due to Rowland Road Park where youths consume alcohol. This takes place most Friday evenings and is also connected to the Youths Causing Annoyance at Albert Marson Court which is situated nearby. The Neighbourhood Policing Team Patrol the park every Friday evening and clear the area of any underage drinkers. Street Sports who are a Council funded organisation attend the park on Friday evenings and arrange community football games to be played by any youths who wish to participate.
Anti Social Behaviour – Albert Marson Court
The Neighbourhood Policing Team have continued to monitor and attend the area on a regular basis. Partnership agencies including Safer Neighbourhoods and North Lincolnshire Homes liaise with Police so that a multi agency approach can be used to tackle the issues at Albert Marson Court. Fencing has now started to be erected at Albert Marson Court and recent crime figures and Police calls for service have reduced.
East Common Lane Community centre – Anti social behaviour
Complaints have been made regarding the gathering of youths in the area. This area has been identified as being an area giving cause for concern by Local residents.
Attention is being paid by passing Police patrols and the local Police Team. Youths are being identified and appropriate action is being taken.
Queensway – Illegal parking / use of the grassed communal areas in the Queensway and Grange Lane North area.
The grassed areas are being used as additional parking areas, and also using the grass to take short cuts to / from premises.
This problem is being monitored and Local Policing Teams are taking enforcement against offenders.
Fixed penalty tickets can be issued to offenders, as well as court proceedings, Positive action is being taken.
It is requested that details of offenders be passed to the Police in order that Police action can be taken against the offenders.
