St Oswalds Church and Church Street, Crowle = Anti-social behaviour and Criminal Damage - Over recent months there have been problems in the area with litter, noise and egg throwing generated with youths gathering in the area in the early evening. This has been an inconvience to the local residents in the area and makes the area look untidy.

There continues to be a decline for calls for service in this area and there are no ongoing current investigations. Neighbourhood Team include the area on their regular patrols and have spoken to youths to raise the awareness of the problems and give advice to them.

Residents who may experience any ASB problems in the area are encouraged to the report the matter at the time, so that it can dealt with promptly. The Non emergency number for Humberside Police is 101.

Windsor Park, Godnow Road, Keadby = Anti-social behaviour and Criminal Damage - This was a priority that was generated by the Neighbourhood action team as a community action as there has been several incidents in the past relating to criminal damage, litter, noise from youths in the area together with vehicle nuisance.

This is covered by the local Neighbourhood Team on their mobile patrols. The entry and exit point has now been gated at night which has resulted in a reduction of calls. Currently there are no on going investigations and the numbers of calls have reduced for the area. Due to the lighter nights this facility will be used more regularly and I would ask people to be respectful to local residents and not use it at unsocial hours.

Residents who experience any ASB problems are asked to report the matter at the time it is occurring so that a police patrol can attend and deal with the matter promptly. The non emergency telephone number for Humberside Police is 101.

Countrywatch Issues = Calls for service to areas of land both owned and used by the farming community have occurred including offences of Criminal Damage, theft, Poaching, off road bikes, trespassers on land with dogs. Times vary throughout the 24 hour period. A considerable amount of work and liaison has been built between Neighbourhood staff and the owners and staff working on land to engage them and to identify where offences and offenders are committing these acts and routes they use. Due to the impending lighter nights and if the weather improves calls for service will be on the increase.

Countrywatch is always encouraging new membership to the scheme. The membership is open to farmers, landowners and other land users at a small cost. This membership also includes access to a text messaging service which warns of information pertinent to those members, for example hare coursers, deer poaching, and theft. Anyone wishing to join please contact PC 1382 Southam for further information and an application form. We also encourage and accept members from outside the Humberside Police area and we encourage everyone to promote the scheme.
