Police and Communities Together Meeting. This is a public meeting where the police and other public authority representatives will be present. Its main purpose is to determine what the local priorities for action over the next three moths will be. It gives members of the public an opportunity to raise their concerns and influence those decisions.

PCSO Helen Shackleton (7895)
I joined Humberside Police as a Police Community Support Officer in April 2009 and I'm currently based at Immingham Police Station. Prior to this I was a Special Constable, and my full time day employment at that time was a senior administration assistant for a local Civil Engineers.
My area involves working with the farming community and along with the support of my PC Terry Oakley I have set up a Farm/Business Watch Scheme which includes a fast texting system to share information which went live in November 2010 and is still growing.
I thoroughly enjoy my role as a PCSO and the different daily challenges that comes with the job.
PCSO David Bamford (7863)
I have been serving the residents of Healing and the Wolds wards since September 2009.
I enjoy my role as a PCSO and relish the many surprises that it can conjure up on a daily basis.
My role see's me working closely with local residents and communities and I can regularly be found on patrol throughout the area so please don't hesitate to stop me should you have any concerns or simply wish to say hello.
Sergeant Nicholas Mortimer (1217)
I have been an Officer with Humberside Police for seventeen years based in A Division covering Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Immingham.
My experience is varied having worked within the Response teams, Interview teams and the Family Protection Unit as a detective.
I was promoted to Sergeant several years ago and have gained further experience within the Drugs Intervention Programme and as a Custody Sergeant. I am currently the Neighbourhood Sergeant based at Immingham Police Station responsible for Community concerns in Immingham, Scartho, Waltham and the Wolds villages.
Police Constable Lorna Auckland (1706)
Prior to joining the police I previously worked for the local authority for nine years in Sports Development.
I then took a complete change in career and worked for several security companies in the Eastern Region before finally taking the plunge and joined Humberside Police in 2003.
I have been a Neighbourhood Beat Officer since 2005 and still thoroughly enjoy my role.

Your Neighbourhood Policing Team appreciates the importance of being in the right place, at the right time, for the right reasons to reassure the public, improve public confidence and reduce crime and anti social behaviour in the area which you live. With this in mind consultation is continuously being conducted and officers are being deployed in areas which have been identified by various means, including analysis of current crime patterns and trends as a result of incidents that have been reported to the police, listening to members of the public and concerns at the regularly held Street Briefings, Parish Council meetings and also whilst out on general patrol and during visits to our victims of crime.
Your local officers along with other police resources, such as our Special Constabulary, Response Officers, Roads Policing Units to name but a few are currently being deployed in the areas which have been identified as part of your priorities which is reviewed on a monthly basis.
These priorities are not an exhaustive list, however, it provides a focus for the top three issues within your Ward area.
