Criminal Damage to vehicles around the Mendip Avenue area
A vulnerable Vehicle form has been filled in for a vehicle that was parked of Mendip. This was sent to stronger communities in Grimsby due to the vehicle having items of value on display.
We ask that local residents take time to check their vehicles for value items.
If you like it!! Then so will a criminal!!!
Just by simply removing coats and bags from seats and sat nav holders, this in the long run will help prevent criminals from targeting your vehicle.

Your local neighbourhood policing team appreciates the importance of being in the right place, at the right time, for the right reasons to reassure the public, improve public confidence and reduce crime and anti-social behaviour in the area which you live. With this in mind consultation is continuously being conducted and officers are being deployed in areas which have been identified by various means, including analysis of current crime patterns and trends as a result of incidents that have been reported to Police, listening to members of the public and concerns at the regularly held Street Briefings, Parish Council meetings and also whilst out on general patrol duties and during visits to our victims of crime.
Your local Officers along with other police resources, such as our special Constabulary, Response Officers, Roads Policing Units to name a few are currently being deployed in the areas which have been identified as part of your new priorities which is reviewed on a monthly basis.
These priorities are not an exhaustive list, however it provides a focus for the top issues within your Ward area.
