If you wish to raise any comments or concerns you can do so in a variety of ways such as:
• Attending local meetings:-
Police Surgery. An opportunity for you to meet privately with a member of the neighbourhood team to discuss any policing issue of concern. This is a drop-in event so you may have to wait a few minutes.
Police and Communities Together Meeting. This is a public meeting where the police and other public authority representatives will be present. Its main purpose is to determine what the local priorities for action over the next three moths will be. It gives members of the public an opportunity to raise their concerns and influence those decisions.

Haverstoe Team
Police Constable Claire Barber (1297)
I have been a Police officer for 15 years and have been based within A Division for the duration of my service, working predominantly in the Cleethorpes area.
I am proud to be a Neighbourhood Officer serving the local community of Humberston, New Waltham and Haverstoe and have been in this particular role for three years.
I remain keen and enthusiastic with a willingness to deal with the variety of challenges that being a Police Constable presents.
I continue to enjoy working closely with the local community in all aspects of Neighbourhood Policing.
Police Constable Terry Oakley (937)
Hi my name is PC 937 Terry Oakley, I am currently a Neighbourhood Beat Manager for
I joined Humberside Police in August June 2003 and began my probation at Cleethorpes South Local Policing Team, where I remained for 2 years. From there I moved into the Investigation Department, rotation around different areas and ending in CID.
I thoroughly enjoyed this role but was drawn towards the work of the Neighbourhood Policing Teams in order to further my skills. I took the post of Neighbourhood Beat Manager in April 2009 and since then I have enjoyed working to try and reduce the issues of vehicle anti-social behaviour in the villages and building up relationships within these areas.
I also work closely with the Police Community Support Officers and other local agencies, to provide a good service and an effective way to deal with the needs of the community.
I also work as the Divisional Wildlife officer, working with the rural community and dealing with issues as they arise.
PCSO Ben Oakley (7603)
I have been a PCSO for almost 5 years now and moved from the Sidney Sussex Ward to the Humberston and New Waltham Ward in the last year.
I have set up a Junior Community Scheme through the primary schools in both villages and I have been working closely with the local Scouts, Cubs, Girl Guides and Brownies groups.
I am the Cleethorpes area Youth Advocate and work closely with all the youth agencies in that area.
As part of the Humberston and New Waltham team we attend all the Parish Council meetings and any Neighbourhood Watch meetings we are requested for with a view to dealing with any issues that are related to Policing.
As a team we have had a good relationship with the local community and I look forward to continuing this in the future.
PCSO Stephen Sutton (7822)
I have been a PCSO for the AB/1 Team which covers Humberston and New Waltham Police Area for the past three years.
My role as a PCSO in my Policing area is to engage with all of my local Schools which includes Humberston Church of England Primary School, Cloverfields Primary School, Humberston Park, Humberston Maths and Computing College and Toll Bar Academy.
My role is to give presentations on any issues that would benefit the local community making it a better place to live and to respect the people that live in the locality of Humberston & New Waltham.
I feel my Schools are the core of my Policing area to assist and help when needed.
Working with schools is just one of the many roles I play in the Community though as I work hard to solve any Anti Social Behaviour issues in any areas that are identified by the local residents and the Police, along with meeting as many local residents when I am on patrol on foot or cycle.
In my previous job i worked as part of a team to design and make three piece suites for 13 Yrs but in my spare time i was a Special Constable for Humberside Police working in different areas of the Policing pillars.
While working as a Special Constable I was attached to the community side of Policing where I helped solve problems such as ASB issues and working alongside the local community which I found very rewarding.
Ultimately, it was this that prompted me to become a PCSO.

There have been 9 incidents of ASB for that period.
The breakdown of the most pertinent incidents is as follows.
There have been 22 reports of theft from motor vehicles; This figure is still very high and is causing the Division severe issues. All residents have been asked to ensure there belongings are removed from sight when the vehicle is not being used and we continue to target offenders of vehicle crime as a priority. As this figure is so vast, it is difficult to highlight any one area that is being targeted.
There has been 0 reports of theft of Motor Vehicles.
There have been 4 reported incidents of dwelling burglaries. These occurred at Bolingbroke Road whereby entry was gained to the house from an upstairs window. Laptop, Mobile phone and Watch stolen from within.

There have been 2 assaults, 1 was a very low level assault, the other more serious where a male who was out running was rugby tackled and stabbed to the leg. It must be stressed that extensive Police Enquiries have been made. The injured party has since refused to cooperate further with police and did not wish to make a formal complaint.
