An inspection of Humberside Police: Performance Improvement Processes: PNC
This inspection was conducted at the invitation of the Chief Constable, Mr Tim Hollis, QPM, following the 2006 police performance assessment framework (PPAF) results and HMIC baseline scores.
The Chief Constable sought objective views on areas for improvement to supplement those identified during the last baseline process in 2006.
As part of the inspection process, it was agreed that Her Majesty’s Inspector (HMI) would monitor progress of the implementation of the recommendations contained within the above report. This report sets out the findings of the Inspector’s first revisit on 25th and 26th July 2007
A report was submitted to the 18 September 2007 meeting of the Police Authority that provided Members with an update on implementation
